I’ve trained in the GREATER Health Coaching Model – holding a safe and nurturing space for you to take step by step actions that support you in making achievable & accountable gains. During our coaching sessions, we’ll work towards uncovering and bringing your awareness to the invisible barriers that have been blocking your progress.

 

This works similarly to CBT to Educate and Empower yourself. Building confidence to make lasting changes so that you CAN turn your health and life around.

FUNCTIONAL TESTS

 

Sometimes it's necessary to have specific lab tests to dive a little deeper into the body. These could be blood tests not offered by the NHS, Gut analysis tests, hormonal tests, thyroid checks etc.

 

For more deep rooted trauma I may suggest psychotherapy and specialist trauma work.

Working with Lula for nutritional advice and coaching was an absolute joy.
