ABOUT ME
I'm a fully qualified yoga, movement & meditation teacher, breath-work practitioner, health and mindset coach, nutritionist and lifestyle expert.
These packages incorporate aspects of my Four PIllars of Transformation approach creating group and individual assessments for holistic solutions.

I am inspired by Yoga and yogic practices such as breathwork and mindfulness, alongside current neuroscience backed research into the mind body connection, working with the power of intention, stress management; creating a listening environment, teaching compassionate communication, creative visualisation & reverse engineering.
